Gunsaulus to act as Consul-General of the United States of America at Wellington received His Majesty’s signature on the 10th of December, 1923.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General directs it to be notified that he has been informed by His Majesty’s Secretary of State for the Colonies that the Exequatur empowering Dr. Hans Busing to act as German Consul-General at Melbourne with jurisdiction over the Commonwealth of Australia and Dependencies, the Dominion of New Zealand and Dependencies, Fiji, the Gilbert and Ellice Islands Colony, the British Solomon Islands Protectorate, and other islands under the jurisdiction of the High Commissioner for the Western Pacific, Tonga, the Territory of New Guinea, and Nauru, received His Majesty’s signature on the 10th of December, 1923.
