to be Crown land: 3 acres 0 roods 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 5 and 2, Mairetahi
Parish, and Crown land.
Situated in Block III, Waioneke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22751.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58781, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Waterworks purposes at Ngaio, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

Portion of Section 6, Block XI, Belmont Survey District (Kaiwarra R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 1824.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and set apart the road described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitapu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All situated in Block VII, Waitapu Survey District (Nelson R.D.).
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
