A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22477.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58924, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1924.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 1 rood 24 perches.

Portion of R.S. 4785 and R.S. 4083; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 23 perches.

Adjoining or passing through R.S. 4083 and R.S. 4785; coloured green.

All situated in Block III, Selwyn Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 843/385.)

All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58402, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March, 1924.

All situated in Parish of Whangape, Rangiriri Survey District. (S.O. 12717.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58770, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through Portions of
7 0 19} Lots 21 and 23, on D.P. 1458, being parts of
2 0 8} Sections 2 of Block XI and 1 of Block XIII.

Situated in Block XI, Waipoua Survey District. (S.O. 22267.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56216, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 2 roods 34·6 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Crown land and Allotment 139, situated in Parish of Mangonui, Block IX, Mangonui Survey District. (S.O. 22625.)
