SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland and Taranaki Land Districts comprising the balance of Waitomo and Otorohanga Counties as constituted under the Waikato and King-country Counties Act, 1921–22, but excepting the inner area of the Te Awamutu Electric-power Board District as constituted under the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, and excluding the inner area of the proposed district as hereinbefore described, excluding that portion of the Otorohanga County north of a line from the northern corner of Takotokoraha 3A 2 on the Waipa River to the north-west corner of Section 1, Block XI, Pirongia Survey District; and thence to the western boundary of Otorohanga County at the north-west corner of Section 4, Block Part Kopua 1s, Section 2, on Plan 6117, which area is bounded as follows—on the north by the northern boundaries of Otorohanga County; westerly to the boundary of the inner area of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District, by that southern boundary to the inner area described in paragraph No. 2 hereof; thence by the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of the said inner area described in paragraph No. 2 of this petition to the Waipa River, and by that river to the line referred to in the last-preceding paragraph, and by that line to the western boundary of Otorohanga County; thence by the western boundary of Otorohanga County to the Waitomo County boundary; then by the north-western boundary of that county to the county boundary at the sea by the western and southern boundaries of the Waitomo County and the north-eastern boundaries of the Waitomo and Otorohanga Counties to the northern boundaries of the said outer area.

WAITOMO ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District, including portions of the Waitomo and Otorohanga Counties, the Borough of Te Kuiti, and Town District of Otorohanga, bounded as follows—Commencing at the south-western corner of Rangitoto A No. 54, Block III, Mangaorongo Survey District, thence following the eastern boundary of Rangitoto A 2A, Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block III, th enorthern, eastern, and southern boundaries of Rangitoto A 21A 2B to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VII; thence to and along the eastern boundaries of Sections 1 and 2, Block VII, Mangaorongo Survey District, the southern boundary of the said Section 2, the eastern boundaries of Sections 8, 9, 10, and the southern boundary of Section 10, Block VII, Mangaorongo Survey District, and of Sections 2 and 3 of Block XI, Mangaorongo Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Rangitoto A 62, the eastern boundary of Rangitoto A 56B, and eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 1 of northern portion of Rangitoto A No. 60B, the southern boundaries of Section 11, Block X, Mangaorongo Survey District, and southern and western boundaries of Section 12, said Block X, the southern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 33B 3, 32B 2, the north-eastern, north-western and south-western boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 34B, the south -eastern and southern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 35C, the southern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 35D; thence along the Otorohanga County boundary to the north-west corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua 71B; thence along the western boundary of the said Rangitoto-Tuhua 71B and the eastern and southern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 64, the southern boundaries of the following—Pukenui Blocks 2U 3, 2K 1, 2W, 2P 3, 2P 4, and the western boundary of Pukenui 2L 1 to the Mokau River; thence westerly along the Mokau River to a point opposite the intersection of the Te Kuiti Road with the eastern boundary of Maraetaua No. 9C; thence to such point and the eastern and northern boundaries of Maraetaua 9C, the western boundary of Maraetaua 9A, the northern boundary of Maraetaua 2B Nos. 4 and 2, and
the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 15, Block VI, Otanake Survey District; thence across the road to the south-eastern corner of Section 1, Block VI, Otanake Survey District; thence by the southern and western boundaries of the said Section 1, the eastern boundary of Kinohaku East No. 2 24B, the western boundaries of Kinohaku East No. 2 24C, and No. 2 No. 17A, and No. 2 17B, No. 2 1B, the eastern boundary of Kinohaku East No. 2 No. 2, the southern boundary of Kinohaku East 1B 4B 3, and the western boundaries of the said section and Kinohaku East 1B 4B 5, the western boundary of Section 2, Block XIV, Orahiri Survey District, the north-western boundaries of Pehitawa 2B 1A, 2B 1B, the western boundaries of Hauturu East 1E 5B, 1E 2, and Hauturu East part 1A, the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 9, Block X, Orahiri Survey District, the southern boundaries of Hauturu East B No. 2A, the southern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Orahiri Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Hauturu East C No. 2B, the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 14, Block VII, Orahiri Survey District; across a road; thence along the western boundary of Section 6, the northern boundaries of Sections 6 and 5, the eastern boundary of Section 12, Block III, Orahiri Survey District, the south-eastern boundary of Section 13, Block III, Orahiri, the southern boundaries of Sections 7B and 8A, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, portion of the eastern boundary of the said Section 8A, to the south-western boundary of Otorohanga Q 3A; thence along such boundary and the south-western boundary of Otorohanga Q 3B to the Waipa River; thence along the Waipa River to its confluence with the Mangaorongo Stream; thence along the Mangaorongo Stream to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 1 to the boundary of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District; thence easterly generally by that boundary to the point of commencement. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58589, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red, and marked “Inner Area.”
OUTER AREA.
All that area in the Auckland and Taranaki Land Districts, bounded, commencing on the Waikato River at the southern boundary of the Waipa County, thence in a westerly direction generally along such boundary to the southern boundary of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District; thence along such boundary to the boundary of the Waitomo Electric-power District; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly generally by such boundary to the boundary of the outer area of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District, and by such boundary and the boundary of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District, to the northern boundary of Takotokoraha No. 3A 2; thence westerly generally by such boundary and the southern boundary of the subdivisions of the Parihorо Block to the southernmost corner of Kopua Part No. 1s, Section 2; thence along the south-western boundary of the said Section 2 and Sections 5, 6, and 4, Block VI, Pirongia Survey District, to a road adjoining the south-western corner of the said Section 4, and along such road to the Kawhia County boundary; thence southerly, easterly, and northerly generally by the Kawhia, Waitomo, and Otorohanga County boundaries to the point of commencement; excluding therefrom the Wairere Electric-power District and outer area beyond the limits of the Waitomo Electric-power District. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58589, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, and thereon bordered blue, and marked “Outer Area.”
