the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the 10th
day of December, 1923, viz:—
“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the
local authority having control of the street hereinafter
mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of
the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion
of the eastern side of Watson Street to which Section 2060,
New Plymouth, has frontage ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the eastern side of the portion
of Watson Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known
as Watson Street, fronting Section 2060, Town of New
Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 58662, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Yarborough Street, in
the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 18th day
of February, 1924.

THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, and of all powers in anyway
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the
twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-four, viz:—
“ That the Auckland City Council, having control of
Yarborough Street in the City of Auckland, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and
seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply
to the said street fronting Lot 47, part Lot 48, and part
Lot 51 of Allotment 13, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on the north-eastern
side of the portion of Yarborough Street (described in the
Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-five feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland,
known as Yarborough Street, abutting on Lot 47 and part
Lots 48 and 51 of Allotment 13, Section 8, Suburbs of
Auckland; as the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58688, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of
the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to the northern side of all that portion of Busaco
Road beginning at its junction with Hamilton Road and
extending for a distance of 272·46 links, being frontage of
Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 4110, being part Section 4, Evans Bay
Registration District, Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey
District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the northern side of the portion
of Busaco Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.

the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as
Busaco Road, abutting on Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 4110, being
part Section 4, Evans Bay R.D., Block VII, Port Nicholson
Survey District. As the said portion of street is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58842,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Con-
dition as to the Building-line.

mencing at a point approximately 165 links from the
intersection of Cambridge Street and extending for a dis-
tance of approximately 564·36 links, being frontage of part
Section 25, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey
District, by resolution declares that the provisions of Sec-
tion one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act,
1908, shall not apply to the said portion of street”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the north-eastern side of the
portion of Dorset Street (described in the Schedule hereto),
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of street, such condition being of the same
effect as clause 39, subclause 1, of Part IV of the Richmond
Borough Council By-law No. 1, 1917.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known
as Dorset Street, fronting part Section 25, Waimea East,
Block VII, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58495,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured blue.
