Laying out and taking a Road in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and taken: 2 roods 33 perches.
Portion of Awa-o-Totara A Block, situated in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 757, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58290, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of December, 1923.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Further Portion of the Stratford–Kawakawa Railway (Portion of Tahoma Section), and for Road-diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 78 of the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, taking land for a further portion of the Stratford–Kawakawa Railway, portion of Tahoma Section, and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, such portion of land being no longer required for the purposes for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 3 acres 3 roods 8 perches.
Being railway reserve, formerly portion of Section 13. Situated in Block VI, Pouatu Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57018, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 3 acres 2 roods 22 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 7, situated in Block I, Gimmerburn Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58236, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of December, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 10 acres 0 roods 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Tutira Native Block, situated in Blocks III and VII, Maungaharuru Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 692, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58370, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of December, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped: 4 acres 1 rood 23 perches and 2·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 1 (E.R.), D.P. 3073, situated in Block XVIII, Tahomaite Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
