Amending Regulations under the Mining Act, 1908.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Mining Act, 1908, and its amendments, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby make the following additional amendment to the regulations made on the third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted on the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, respectively (hereinafter referred to as “the said regulations”), and doth hereby declare that the amendment hereby made shall read as part of the principal regulations, and shall come into force on the date of the gazetting thereof.

REGULATION.

CLAUSE 135 of the said regulations is hereby amended by revoking paragraph 6A thereof.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 14th day of November, 1923.
