Everett Olive Hales, Esq. (at present Assistant Public Trustee),

to be the Deputy of the Public Trustee, as from the 15th day of November, 1923, with the powers, duties, and functions specified in the said Act.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Cemeteries Amendment Act, 1912, I, Richard Francis Bollard, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

Thomas Edward Youd Seddon, of Greymouth,

to be trustees of the Private Burial-ground of the Right Honourable Richard John Seddon and of his Wife and Descendants, as declared under the Cemeteries Amendment Act, 1912, by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 1st day of November, 1923.
