Being parts of Allotment 27, Waitemata Parish, Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22347.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56744, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1923.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 2 roods 5·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part R.S. 144 (Borough of Sumner), situated in Block II, Sumner Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 839/381.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre.
Adjoining or passing through Section 4 and Crown land. Situated in Block I, Bannockburn Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57225, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1923.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
TAUMARUNUI Native Township, Subdivision N, being Lot 15, Block III, Lot 8, Block IV, Lots 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11, Block XIII, and Lots 6 and 8, Block XIV: Approximate area, 8 acres 0 roods 23·2 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of July, 1923.
