2nd Lieutenant F. H. P. Rogers, from the Otago Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant (4th Battalion), with seniority as from the 20th September, 1921.
The appointment of 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) G. McAneny (7th C. Battalion) is confirmed.
2nd Lieutenant G. F. Penlington (9th C. Battalion) is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class 1 (b), R.D. 5. Dated 20th April, 1923.

2nd Lieutenant R. Latimer (4th C. Battalion) resigns his commission. Dated 19th April, 1923.
N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Colonel (temp. Brigadier-General) Sir D. J. McGavin, C.M.G., D.S.O., M.D., F.R.C.S., Eng., Honorary Surgeon to the Governor-General to be Major-General. Dated 1st March, 1923.
Captain P. B. Benham, M.C., M.B., Reserve of Officers, retires under the provisions of General Order No. 184/21 with the rank of Major, and is granted permission to wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 15th April, 1923.
Captain R. E. Paterson, Reserve of Officers, is retired under the provisions of General Order No. 184/21, with permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 27th April, 1923.
The commission granted Captain G. W. Matthews is cancelled under section 5 (a) of the Defence Act, 1909. Dated 17th April, 1923.
