by a right line to the said easternmost corner of that allotment, and by that allotment to and across the Te Puhí River, again by the said Allotment 25 to and across a public road, and again by the said Allotment 25 to its northernmost corner; thence by Allotments 130, 70A, and 70, Kaiaka Parish, the abutment of a public road, and again by the last-mentioned Allotment 70 to and across the Te Puhí River, and by that river to and across a public road, again by the said Te Puhí River to the centre of another public road, by the centre of the last-mentioned public road to a point in line with the production of the eastern boundary of Allotment 72, Kaiaka Parish; by a right line to the said corner of that allotment, by that allotment and Section 2, Block IV, Takahue Survey District, to and across a closed road; by the said closed road to a point in line with the production of the eastern boundary of Section 11, Block IV, Takahue Survey District, by a right line to the centre of a public road, and by the said centre of that public road to a point in line with the production of the eastern boundary of Allotment 23 E.R., Kaiaka Parish; by a right line to the said corner of that allotment, and by the said Allotment 23 E.R. to and across a closed road; by the said closed road and Allotment 26 E.R., Kaiaka Parish, to and across a public road, and again by the said Allotment 26 E.R. and Allotment S.E. 27, Kaiaka Parish, to the centre of a public road; by the centre of the said public road to the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block XIII, Rangaunu Survey District; and by that section to the Awanui Riding boundary hereinbefore described; and by the said Awanui Riding boundary to the northernmost corner of the Okokori or Awapoko Native Block, the point of commencement.
Mangonui Riding.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District commencing at the confluence of the Taipa River with the sea, bounded towards the north generally by the sea to the Mangonui County boundary as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 1685; towards the east and south-east generally by the said Mangonui County boundary to the Oruru Riding as hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-west and west generally by the said Oruru Riding to the point of commencement.
Kaitaia Riding.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District commencing at a point being the intersection of high-water mark with the production of the northern boundary of Allotment 44, Ahipara Parish. Bounded towards the west generally by the sea to the Hohoura Riding boundary hereinbefore described; thence towards the north generally by the said Hohoura Riding boundary to the Awanui Riding boundary hereinbefore described; by the said Awanui Riding boundary to the north-eastern corner of Allotment N.W. 22, Mangatete Parish; by a public road forming the northern boundary of N.E. 22, Mangatete Parish; thence towards the east and south-east generally by Sections 1s and 4s, Upokonui Settlement, Subdivisions A 1, B 2c, and A 1A, of the Te Koucti Native Block to and across a public road, again by the last-mentioned Subdivision A 1A to and across a closed road, and again by the said Suddivision A 1A to the Victoria River; by the said Victoria River to and across its confluence with the Takahue River, and by the said Takahue River to a point in line with the production of the north-eastern boundary of Subdivision 2 of the Pukekahi-katoa Native Block; thence towards the south generally by a right line to the said boundary of the said Subdivision 2, by the said Subdivision 2 to and across a public road, and by that public road to its intersection with another public road; by a right line to the centre of the last-mentioned public road, and by the centre of that public road intersecting Section 10, Block X, Takahue Survey District, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 22, Block X, aforesaid; by a right line to the said Section 22, and by that section and Sections 27, 33, 32, the abutment of a public road, and Section 31, all of Block X, Takahue Survey District, to the centre of a public road; by the centre of that public road to a point in line with the north-eastern corner of a State forest reserve containing 3,965, acres situated in Block XIII, Takahue Survey District; by a right line to the north-eastern corner of the said State forest reserve; thence towards the south-east, west, and south-west generally by the said State forest reserve, Section 2, Block IX, Takahue Survey District, O.L.C. 8, Allotments 53, S.W. 54, N.E. 54, and S.E. 55, all of Ahipara Parish, the abutment of a public road, again by the last-mentioned Allotment S.E. 55 by a public road, Allotments 61, S.W. 62, N.E. 62, S.W. 63, and N.E. 63, all of Ahipara Parish aforesaid, to and across the intersection of two public roads; by the road forming the northern boundaries of Allotments 60, 69, 71, all of Ahipara Parish, to and across a public road;
by Allotment 17, Ahipara Parish, to and across a public Road, and again by the last-mentioned Allotment 17 and the Tangonge Kauri-gum Reserve to and across the Tangonge Lake, and again by the Tangonge Kauri-gum Reserve to and by a public road, to and across a drain reserve, to and by the Awanui River and the road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 42, Ahipara Parish, to and across another public road by the road forming the northern northern boundary of Allotment 43, Ahipara Parish, to its junction with another public road; by a right line across the said road junction to the northern boundary of Allotment 44, Ahipara Parish, and by the said Allotment 44 and the production of its northern boundary to the sea at the point of commencement.
Victoria Valley Riding.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District commencing at the intersection of the Awanui and Oruru Ridings as hereinbefore described at the north-eastern corner of Section 4, Block XIII, Rangaunu, and bounded towards the east generally by the said Oruru Riding to the Mangonui County boundary as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 1685; thence towards the south-east and south generally by the said county boundary to the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XIV, Takahue Survey District; by the said Section 3 and Section 12, Block XIV aforesaid, to a public road, and by the said public road to and across its junction with another public road; thence by the last-mentioned public road where it forms the northern boundaries of Sections 4 and 6, Block XIV, Takahue Survey District, to and across its junction with another public road by the last-mentioned public road where it forms the eastern boundary of Section 2, Block XIV aforesaid; to and by the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section to a State forest reserve containing 3,965 acres situated in Block XIII, Takahue Survey District; thence towards the west generally by the said State forest reserve to and across a public road to the Kaitaia Riding boundary hereinbefore described; thence by the said Kaitaia Riding boundary to the Awanui Riding boundary hereinbefore described; thence towards the north-west and north generally by the said Awanui Riding boundary to the point of commencement.
Ahipara Riding.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District commencing at the confluence of the Herekino River with the sea, and bounded towards the south-west, west, and north-west generally by the sea to the Kaitaia Riding boundary hereinbefore described; thence towards the north-east and east generally by the said Kaitaia Riding boundary to its junction with the Victoria Valley Riding boundary hereinbefore described, and by the said Victoria Valley Riding boundary to the north-western corner of Section 2, Block XIV, Takahue Survey District, by the said Section 2, Sections 1A and 1, both of Block XIV, Takahue Survey District, to the northern boundary of Section 49, Block VII, Whangape Survey District; thence towards the south-east generally by the said section and Sections 48, 47, 46, 31, 30, 65, and the eastern boundary of Section 65A, all of Block VII, Whangape Survey District, to and across a public road; by the said public road to the western boundary of Section 63, and by that section and Section 61, both of Block VII, Whangape Survey District, to the intersection of two public roads; by a right line across the said intersection, and by the public road where it forms the north-western boundary of Section 60, Block VII, Whangape Survey District; and again by the last-mentioned road where it forms the boundary of Sections 16 and 15, Block II, Herekino Survey District, to its junction with another public road; and by a right line across such road junction to the middle of the Herekino River, and by the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
Herekino Riding.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District commencing at the confluence of the Herekino River with the sea, and bounded towards the north-west generally by the Ahipara Riding boundary hereinbefore described to its intersection with the Victoria Valley Riding boundary hereinbefore described; towards the north-east generally by the said Victoria Valley Riding boundary to the Mangonui County boundary as described in the New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 1685; thence towards the south-east and south-west generally by the said Mangonui County boundary to the point of commencement.
