A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road laid out and taken :-

Situated in Ahipara Survey District. (S.O. 22153.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56278, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1923.

Setting apart Crown Lands under Section 21 of the Land Law Amendment Act, 1912

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the lands described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.

Opening Settlement Land in Otago Land District for Selection.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, and amendments, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Thursday, the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Acts.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.--FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Tuapeka County.--Waitahuna East and West Survey Districts.
--Waitahuna Settlement No. 1.
