Withdrawing Land in Otago Land District from Leasing on Village Special Settlement Conditions.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto; and do declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the said lands are hereby withdrawn from leasing on village special settlement conditions.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of August then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SECTION 6, Block XII : Area, 217 acres.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Russell Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
