And it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of section thirty-nine of the Finance Act, 1921–22, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor-General in Council to the borrowing of the said sum of money by the said local authority, in the manner provided by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, without taking the steps defined in sections eight to twelve of that Act.

Declaring Mission Road, in the Kaitieke County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of February, 1923.

Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, known as Mission Road, commencing at its junction with the Wanganui Valley Road, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 4 and 3; Block II, Hunua Survey District, and terminating at the northern boundary of Section 11 and part Section 7 (Mission Loan Block), Block II, Hunua Survey District, being a distance of sixty-one chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56386, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Watershed Road, in the Waitotara County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of February, 1923.

Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waitotara County, known as Watershed Road, commencing at the boundary between Section 2 and Education Reserve 16, Block XII, Momahaki Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Education Reserve 16, and terminating at the junction with Ahu Ahu Road; being a distance of 2 miles 26 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56363, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Road in Block X, Omapere Survey District, to be a Government Road.

Extending Time for holding Election of Members of Harbour Boards.

WHEREAS it is provided by section eight of the Harbours Amendment Act, 1910, that in every district, other than a constituent district which is a borough or a combined district the principal authority of which is a Borough Council, the election of members of Harbour Boards shall be held on the last Wednesday in April in every third year, commencing with the year one thousand nine hundred and eleven :
