Station F (Crusader); thence by the boundary between the counties of Waimea and Takaka to Section 17 in Block I of the Motueka Survey District; thence down the Riwaka River to the east boundary of Section 27 in Block IX, Kaiteriteri Survey District; thence by the said Section 27, and by Sections 45 and 42 in Block VII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, to Kairuru Road; thence by the said road by Sections 80 and 87 in Block VIII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, and by a line across a road to the Holyoake’s Valley Stream; thence by that stream and the Otuwhero River to the point of commencement.

MARLBOROUGH DISTRICT.

All that area in the Marlborough Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 1, Block VIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and proceeding thence southerly along the shores of Cloudy Bay to the southern boundary of Block I, Clifford Bay Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of said Block I, and of Blocks V, IV, III, II, and I, Taylor Pass Survey District, and of Block VI, Avon Survey District, to the Waihopai River; thence down that river and across the Wairau River to the western boundary of Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Blocks XII, VIII, and IV, Onamalutu Survey District, easterly along the northerly boundary of said Block IV, and southerly along the eastern boundary of Block IV to the northern boundary of Section 3; thence along the north-western boundaries of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block I, Cloudy Bay Survey District, the north-eastern boundary of said Section 1, and along the south-eastern boundaries of said Sections 9, 8, 7, and 6 to the southern boundary of Block I; and thence easterly along the southern boundaries of Blocks I, II, III, and IV to the point of commencement.

RANGIORA DISTRICT.

All that portion of land contained in Blocks I, II, V, and VI of the Rangiora Survey District.

CHRISTCHURCH DISTRICT.

Riccarton Borough, Christchurch City, Waimairi and Heathcote Counties, and Port Victoria Riding in the Mount Herbert County.

OTAGO DISTRICT.

Comprising all that area lying within three miles of either bank of the Clutha River, commencing at a point three miles below the bridge at Beaumont and extending towards and as far as the junction of the said Clutha River with the Lindis River.

Also all that area lying within three miles of either side of the Otago Central Railway line extending from Chatto Creek Railway-station to Alexandra Railway-station.

Also all that area lying within three miles of either bank of the Kawarau River, commencing at the junction of that river with the Clutha River and extending towards and as far as the junction of the Roaring Meg Creek.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

The Thames District, the Greytown District, and the following parts of the Waitemata and Albany Districts respectively.

PART OF WAITEMATA DISTRICT.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the junction of two roads in Kahukuri Block near the Muriwai Stream, thence proceeding north-easterly generally along a road to the Kumeu River, up that river to Section 48, Paremoremo Parish, and along the western and northern boundaries of that section and the northern boundary of Section 160 to a public road; thence easterly along that road fronting or passing through Sections 62H, 66H, 91, 90, 89, 61, 78, and 16 to the northern boundary of the last-named section; thence easterly along that boundary,

across the Rangitopuni Stream, and along a road passing through or fronting Sections 208, 67, 237, 259, 251, 252, 253, 247, 246, 254, and 232 to the north-eastern corner of said Section 232; thence southerly along a right line to head of Paremoremo Inlet, and down the middle of that inlet, down the middle of the Waitemata River, and along the shores of Waitemata Harbour to Lawson’s Creek; thence along the northern boundary of the Waitemata area described in the Third Schedule to a junction of roads near eastern portion of Allotment 87, Waitakerei Parish; thence along the south-western boundary of the Waipareira Parish to a public road through Subdivision 21, eastern portion Taupaki Block, along that road through or adjoining Subdivisions 21, 20, 7, 14, 15, 13, 12, 5, and 2 and its continuation to the point of commencement.

PART OF ALBANY DISTRICT.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District being the boroughs of Takapuna, Devonport, and Northcote, and part of Birkenhead and part of the County of Waitemata, bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Wairau Creek, and proceeding thence southerly along the high-water mark of Rangitoto Channel and westerly along the high-water mark of Waitemata Harbour to Little Shoal Bay; thence up the stream at the head of that bay to the Great North Road; thence northerly along that road to and along the road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotments 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, and 104, Takapuna Parish; thence along the northern boundary of the Borough of Takapuna to the mouth of the Wairau Creek, the point of commencement.

THIRD SCHEDULE.

The Te Kauwhata District; and the following parts of the Waitemata and Albany districts respectively.

PART OF WAITEMATA DISTRICT.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of Lawson’s Creek, and proceeding thence along the shores of the Waitemata Harbour to and along the eastern boundary of the Avondale Borough to the Manukau Harbour; thence along the shores of that harbour to Big Muddy Creek, and up that creek and Nihotupu River to Allotment 38, Waikomiti Parish; northerly along the eastern boundary of that section, and along the north-eastern boundary generally of the Auckland Water-supply Reserve to its north-eastern corner; thence along public roads fronting or passing through Allotments 7A, 283, 128, 9, 125, 124, 121, 114, 160, 162, and 6A, Waipareira Parish, to Taikata Creek, and down that creek and Lawson’s Creek to the point of commencement.

PART OF ALBANY DISTRICT.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of Lucas Creek, and running up that creek to a public road running through Allotment 28, Paremoremo Parish; thence along that road running through or fronting Allotments 28, 76, 175, 176, 177, 319, and 198 to main Waiwera Road, south-easterly along said main road to the north-western boundary of Allotment 259, Takapuna Parish, and along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 259, 258, 265, 263, 262, and 260, all of said Takapuna Parish, to the sea; thence bounded on the east by the sea to the mouth of the Wairau Creek; thence along the northern boundary of the Borough of Takapuna; thence along the road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotments 104, 102, 101, 100, 99, and 98 to the Great North Road; thence southerly along that road to the stream at the head of Little Shoal Bay, and down that stream to Little Shoal Bay; thence bounded on the south by the Waitemata Harbour to Lucas Creek, the point of commencement.
