SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH BRANDING REGISTRATION DISTRICT.

Branding Registration District.—All that area comprising the counties of Sounds, Marlborough, and Awatere as at present constituted, and including all boroughs and town districts in or adjacent to that area, together with D'Urville, Arapawa, and the other adjacent islands.

Registration Office.—Borough of Blenheim.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 16th day of December, 1922.

Certified Home under the Reformatory Institutions Act, 1909.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

WHEREAS by Warrant dated the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, the Christchurch Diocesan Mission Home at Styx, Christchurch, was certified to be a Reformatory Home under the Reformatory Institutions Act, 1909 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”): And whereas the said Home has been transferred from the property situated at Styx to property situated at No. 429 Papanui Road, Christchurch, and it is desired to recertify the building on the last-named property as a Reformatory Home under the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied as to the fitness of the Home, do hereby certify the building at No. 429 Papanui Road, Christchurch, as described in the Schedule hereto, to be a Reformatory Home under the said Act, in lieu of the building certified in the said Warrant dated the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

SCHEDULE.

ST. ANNE'S HOME FOR GIRLS, 429 PAPANUI ROAD,
CHRISTCHURCH.

ALL that building, containing twelve rooms, with appurtenances thereto, situate on Lot 4, D.P. 2063, part of Rural Section No. 135, Christchurch Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 8 perches, more or less, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 323, folio 82, Canterbury Land Registry.

as Consul of France at Auckland, with jurisdiction over New Zealand, the Cook, Suwarrow, Penrhyn, and Palmerston Islands, and Tonga.

SAUSBY BLYTHE, of Papatoetoe, to be a Ranger under the said Act for the Auckland Acclimatization District.
