THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 90

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the more effective carrying-out of the drainage or other works in the Hikurangi Drainage Area; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:—

1 3 0 Crown land, Ruatangata Parish, P.W.D. 54376; coloured purple.
0 3 4 Crown land, N.E. 113, Ruatangata Parish, P.W.D. 54376; coloured purple.
7 2 0 Crown land, P.W.D. 54376; coloured purple.
0 0 9 Crown land, Ruatangata Parish, P.W.D. 54376; coloured purple.
0 2 13 Crown land, Ruatangata Parish, P.W.D. 54377; coloured green.

Situated in Block II, Purua Survey District. (S.O. 21337 and 21759.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of November, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 0 roods 19 perches.

Being railway land, situated in Block XI, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 703.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55185, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of November, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Matapiro Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

12 0 19 Pukehamaoama B; coloured brown.
9 0 17 Section 18s, Crownthorpe Settlement; coloured pink.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55497, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of November, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Portion of
12 0 0 Kumikumi No. 1; coloured vermilion.
2 0 30 " red.
12 1 10 " red.

Situated in Block V, Opoutihi Survey District. (S.O. 22032, blue.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54069, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of November, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a worker’s dwelling, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wanganui, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres 3 roods 21 perches.

Being portion of Waipakura No. 7 Block, Block XV, Waipakura Survey District. (S.O. 1680.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55643, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of November, 1922.
