ERRATUM.—In the second item in the Schedule to the Order in Council dated 17th November, 1922, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 89, page 3076, of the 23rd November, 1922, declaring portions of road in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, to be a Government Road, delete the words “Pepepe Parish.”


Additional Land at Whangarei taken for the Purposes of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Whangarei-Kamo Railway to take further land at Whangarei, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 3 roods 17 perches. Portion of Lot 186 of Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei, Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei. (S.O. 22175, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 31423, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of November, 1922.

Land proclaimed as Roads in Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as roads the land in the Paritutu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as roads:—

Situated in Paritutu Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1030, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 1991, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of November, 1922.
