Notifying Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and twenty-six of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—WAIA PU COUNTY.

SECTION 1, Block XVI, Mata Survey District: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 27 perches; upset price, £55.

Weighted with £122, valuation for improvements.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 10th day of November, 1922.

Revoking a Warrant setting Land apart for Disposal under the Fruit-farms Settlement Act, 1910.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Fruit-farms Settlement Act, 1910, and of every other power enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant dated the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in Gazette No. 47, of the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, setting apart land in the Parish of Whangamarino, Auckland Land District, for the purpose of leasing or otherwise disposing of the same for fruit-growing or other agricultural purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Fruit-farms Settlement Act, 1910, in so far as the said Warrant relates to the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 446 acres 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, being Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 situate in Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, being portion of the land set apart under the Fruit-farms Settlement Act, 1910, by Warrant dated the 27th day of May, 1911, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47, of the 8th day of June, 1911, page 1891. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road 100 links wide; towards the north-east by the Main Trunk Railway; towards the south-east by Sections 17, 18, 21, part 19, and 20; towards the south-west and west generally by the Great South Road. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1665, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Setting apart Crown Land under Section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1912, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

SECTION 53, Block X, Hohoura East Survey District: Area, 19 acres 0 roods 26 perches.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 8th day of November, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and twenty-one of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the North Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.
