A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hokonui Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 roods 5·6 perches.

Portion of Section 61, Block I, Hokonui Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R. 502.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55698, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of November, 1922.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55342, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of November, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
4 1 16 Sections 33 of Block IX (C.L.), 1, 2, 3, and 11 of Block X.
4 2 2 Sections 34 and 35 of Block IX (C.L.), 12, 13, 14, and 15 of Block X.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55519, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of November, 1922.
