Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix two years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, in so far as it relates to the area shown in the Schedule hereto.

SECTION 21s: Area, 260 acres 2 roods 27 perches (formerly part of Section 7s).
