IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Momahaki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 0 16·6 Lot 1 on D.P. 2764, and being portion of Mangapapa 1b Block; coloured blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and set apart the road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and set apart: 14·7 perches.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (portion of Maunganui Bluff–Te Puke Section).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of November, one thousand hundred and twenty-two.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41, of the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, taking land for a portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Maunganui Bluff–Te Puke Section), and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, such portion of land having been incorrectly described.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land incorrectly described: 7 acres 2 roods 12 perches.
