ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1·742 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 57, West Clive ;
coloured green.

All situated in Block II, Clive Survey District (Hawke’s
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 697, green.)
All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District ; as the same
are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 55454, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 18th day of October, 1922.

worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land
in Paritu Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
