area described in the First Schedule till the point of commencement is reached; then commencing at a point where the boundary-line of the area described in the First Schedule leaves the south bank of the Grey River, Block IV, Ahaura Survey District, continuing in an easterly direction, and following the boundary of the Grey County till a point of intersection is reached with the eastern boundary of the area described in the First Schedule on the north bank of the Taramakau River, Block I, Otira Survey District; thence following in a northerly direction generally the eastern boundary of the area described in the First Schedule till the point of commencement is reached. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and deposited as aforesaid, and thereon bordered yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of October, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the area described in the First Schedule hereto to be an electric-power district, and I hereby assign to such district the name of the “Otago Central Electric-power District”; and I do further proclaim that the area described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be an outer area of such electric-power district.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
OTAGO CENTRAL ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.
ALL that area situated in the Otago Land District, comprising the Borough of Alexandra as at present constituted and the portion of the County of Vincent bounded as follows: Commencing at a point being the north-west corner of Block X, Leaning Rock District; thence running due south along the block-line between Blocks X and XIII, Leaning Rock District, to the south-west corner of Block X, Leaning Rock District; thence running due east along the block-line between Block X, Leaning Rock District, and Block III, Fraser District, to the south-east side of the road-line lying towards the north-west of Lot 1 on L.T.P. 2722; thence running in a south direction generally along the west boundary of Lot 1 on L.T.P. 2722 to the south-west corner of the said Lot 1; thence running in an east direction along the south boundaries of Lots 1, 2, and 3 on L.T.P. 2722 to the block-line between Blocks 1 and 3, Fraser District; thence running in a south direction generally along the block-line between Blocks 1 and 3, Fraser District, to the south-west corner of Block 1, Fraser District; thence running due east along the block-line between Blocks 1 and 2, Fraser District, to the north-west bank of the Clutha River; thence running in a north-east direction along the north-west bank of the Clutha River to the Town of Alexandra; thence running in a north-east direction along the north-west bank of the Manuherikia River to the block-line between Blocks VIII and IX, Leaning Rock District, thence running due west along the block-line between Blocks VIII and IX and Blocks VII and VIII, Leaning Rock District, to the south-west corner of Block VIII, Leaning Rock District; thence running due north along the block-line between Blocks I and VIII, Leaning Rock District, to the main Clyde–Chatto Creek Road; thence running in a north-west direction generally along the main Clyde–Chatto Creek Road to the most east corner of the Town of Clyde; thence running in a north-west direction along the north-east boundary of the Town of Clyde to the most north corner of the Town of Clyde; thence running in a south-west direction along the north-west boundary of the Town of Clyde to the east bank of the Clutha River; thence running in a south direction generally along the east bank of the Clutha River, across Clyde Bridge, and along the main Clyde–Earnscleugh Road to the block-line between Blocks X and XI, Leaning Rock District; thence running finally in a west direction generally along the block-line between Blocks X and XI, Leaning Rock District, to the north-west corner of Block X, Leaning Rock District, the point of commencement: containing by admeasurement an area of 17,500 acres (more or less). As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55211, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
OUTER AREA.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District comprising the Borough of Cromwell as at present constituted and the balance of the County of Vincent not included in the said electric-power district. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and deposited as aforesaid and thereon bordered sienna.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of October, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 13 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 110, Ruatangata Parish, and Crown land; situated in Block II, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21759.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54377, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of October, 1922.
