A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school,
and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of
Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the thirteen day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-two.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres.
Being Lots 2 and 3, Block XIII, Taumarunui Township,
Borough of Taumarunui, situated in Block I, Piopiotea
Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22120)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54575,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government

and after the ninth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-two.

section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Hangaroa Survey District, described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
