Laying-out and taking a Road in Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and taken: 1 acre 0 roods 8·6 perches.
Portion of Nuhaka 2c 2w, Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 689, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54549, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of August, 1922.

Revolving Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Scenic Purposes in Block X, Waipakura Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 92, of the twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, taking land for scenic purposes in Block X, Waipakura Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 3 roods 10 perches.
Being portion of Puketarata Block 4e 1 pt. 1, Block X, Waipakura Survey District. (S.O. 1711.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55124, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of August, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 14·4 perches.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54967, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of August, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Swamp Drainage Act, 1915, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the more effective carrying-out of the drainage or other works in the Hikurangi Drainage Area or for the better disposal of Crown or other land within the said drainage area, and shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.
