Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Rotoroa Survey District, Murchison County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rotoroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 20 perches.

Portion of Section 1, Block I, Rotoroa Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55027, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this 22nd day of August, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Awakino North Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 10 perches.

Portion of Section 10, Block VIII, Awakino North Survey District. (S.O. 22034.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53208, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this 22nd day of August, 1922.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 8 perches.

Portion of Lot 102, Suburban Section 2, Pukekohe Parish, Block XIV, Drury Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21579.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54954, deposited in the Head Office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 4·5 perches.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 11·7 perches.

All situated in Block IX, Wendon District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R. 491.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54028, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
