A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (part Waiotira Section), for road-diversions in connection therewith, and for a road approach thereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53454, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1922.

Stopping a Government Road in Block XIV, Momahaki Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of August, 1922.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 7 acres 2 roods 15 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 6, pt. Tokoroa No. 2 (E.R.), Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District. (S.O. 19325.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55063 deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of August, 1922.
