IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint GEORGE JAMES ALLEN, HENRY ALBERT BELK, FREDERICK CHRISTOPH JURGENS, WILLIAM PRIME, and WILSON WINIATA,

to be the Torere Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public School, Torere, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
TORERE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood 19 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 43, 44, and 45, Torere Village. Bounded towards the north-east and north-west generally by Sections Nos. 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, by the abutment of North Street, by North Street, by Torere Road, by the crossing of that road, and by Sections Nos. 41 and 42; and towards the south-east and south-west generally by Torere Road, by the crossing of that road, again by that road, by Section No. 44A, by Camp Creek, and by a road reserve along the bank of the Hautapu River: save and except that portion of the Torere Road which is included in the above-described area. As the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/514, deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
