Declaring Roads in the Reynolds Settlement, Waipa County,
to be County Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day
of May, 1922.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the
date of this Order in Council, become county roads.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that road commencing at its junction with the public
road at the north-eastern corner of Section 3, Reynolds
Settlement, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly
direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 3
and Sections 2, 1, 23, and 24 of the aforesaid settlement,
and terminating at the north-western corner of the afore-
said Section 24; being a distance of 1 mile 43 chains, more
or less.
Also all that road commencing at its junction with the
above-mentioned road at the north-western corner of Sec-
tion 1, Reynolds Settlement, and proceeding thence generally
in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing through the
said Section 1 and Sections 4, 5, and 9 of the aforesaid
settlement, and terminating at its junction with the under-
mentioned road at the south-western corner of the aforesaid
Section 9; being a distance of 69 chains, more or less.
Also all that road commencing at its junction with the
public road at the most southerly corner of Section 8,
Reynolds Settlement, and proceeding thence generally in a
westerly direction, adjoining or passing through the said
Section 8 and Sections 9, 20, 19, 18, and 17, Reynolds
Settlement, and terminating at the south-western corner of
the aforesaid Section 17; being a distance of 1 mile 60 chains,
more or less.
Situated in Blocks XIII, Cambridge, and XVI, Hamilton
Survey Districts, Pukekura Parish, Waipa County.
All in the Auckland Land District; as the said roads are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
54224, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green and marked A–B, C–D, and E–F respectively.

Declaring Portion of Hunt’s Road, in the Waitomo County,
to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day
of May, 1922.

IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers

portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Hunt’s Road, in the Auckland Land
District, Waitomo County, commencing at a point about
ten chains north of the south-western corner of Section 12,
Block XVI, Maungamangero Survey District, and proceeding
thence generally in a north-easterly direction, adjoining
or passing through the said Section 12 and Sections No. 4C,
Kinohaku East Block, and 13, Block XVI, Maungamangero
Survey District, and terminating at the north-western corner
of the aforesaid Section 13; being a distance of forty-two
chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54362,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Mimiha Road, in the Whakatane County,
to be a County Road.

Awa-o-te-Atua Survey Districts, and terminating at the
northern boundary of Section 3, Block VIII, Waihi South
Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 10 chains, more
or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54327, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kotare Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 24th day
of May, 1922.
Present:

IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains
Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby appoint

THE RUNANGA BOROUGH COUNCIL

to be the Kotare Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Wednesday, the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-two, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Council Offices, McGowan Street, Runanga, as
the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
KOTARE DOMAIN.—WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 402, Block XXV, Town of Runanga: Area, 1 acre
0 roods 38.8 perches.
