copy of the by-laws made by the Woodville Borough
Council on the 29th day of September, 1921.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFIRMATION.
IN pursuance of the By-laws Act, 1910, I hereby confirm
the within written by-laws, and declare that the same came
into force on the 7th day of October, 1921.

Abolition of a Special Roading District.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on me
by subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Laws Amend-
ment Act, 1913, I do hereby declare that the Mangaohutu
Special Roading District, as constituted by a notice published
in the Gazette of the 15th day of November, 1917, is hereby
abolished as from and including the 1st day of July, 1922.

Plants declared to be Noxious Weeds by the Greytown Borough
Council.-Notice No. 2173.

IT is hereby notified, for public information, that the
Greytown Borough Council has, by special order,
declared hawthorn and lantana (Lantana Camara L.) to be
noxious weeds within the meaning of the Noxious Weeds
Act, 1908, in the district under its jurisdiction.

Prohibition of Money-order and Postal Correspondence for
Thurland and Thurland, Chicago.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land having reasonable ground for supposing that
the firm whose name and address are shown in the Schedule
hereunder is engaged in an immoral business, it is hereby
ordered, under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act,
1908, that no money-order in favour of the said firm shall
be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said
firm (either by its own or by any fictitious or assumed name),
or to the manager, secretary, or other officer thereof, or
addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder with-
out a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the
Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the
Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands.
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee,
have, for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust
Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands), made due
inquiries with respect to the land described in the Schedule
hereunder, and the whereabouts of the owner thereof, and
have, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed
by section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied
with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto: And
whereas I have not thereby ascertained the whereabouts
of the owner, and believe that such owner or an agent of
such owner is not in the Dominion, nor has such owner
established his title to the said land, as required by the
said Act: I hereby give notice that the said land is, under
and by virtue of the said Act, vested in the Public Trustee as
aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and
will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908;
the value of the land for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the
said Act being less than one hundred pounds.
