Consenting to the Raising of Loans by certain Local Authorities.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
January, 1922.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS application has been made under section
twenty, subsection one, of the Finance Act, 1919,
for the precedent consent of the Governor-General in Council
to enable the several local authorities mentioned in the
Schedule hereto to borrow the sums set out therein, and it is
expedient that such consent should issue:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby consent to the raising of the loans hereinafter
mentioned by the several local authorities set out in the
Schedule hereto, and it is hereby declared that this Order in
Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the
Finance Act, 1919, and shall operate accordingly as a con-
sent of the Governor-General in Council to the raising of
the loans hereby authorized.

Declaring Portion of Amoore’s Road, in the Matamata County,
to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
January, 1922.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Amoore’s Road, in the Auckland Land
District, Matamata County, commencing at the south-
western corner of Section 3, Block X, Rotorua Survey
District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and
easterly direction along the western and part of the northern
boundaries of the said Section 3, terminating at the boundary
between the Matamata and Rotorua Counties; being a
distance of seventy chains, more or less. As the said portion
of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 53588, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
