General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
1 acre 3 roods.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 60, 61, and 93, situated in Block I, Fraser Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52862, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of January, 1922.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of November then instant, setting apart the settlement land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped:
26 acres 2 roods 7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 154 and 3019, situated in Block II, Poerua Survey District (Westland R.D.).
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53237, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, being part Sub. 5 of Section 162, Hua District, otherwise known as part Katere No. 2, Block VI, Paritutu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by other part of Sub. 5 of Section 162, Hua District, commencing at a point on the bank of Mangaone Stream by lines 60 links, 612 links, 182·5 links, and 226 links to the Katere Road; thence by said road, 219·3 links, to the Mangaone Stream; towards the south-east by the Mangaone Stream to boundary of New Plymouth—Waitara Railway Reserve; thence by the said railway reserve, 140 links, to the Mangaone Stream; thence towards the south generally by the Mangaone Stream to a point on boundary of part Sub. 5 of Section 162, Hua District; thence by that part of Sub. 5, 174·1 links, to the Mangaone
