Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the fifteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of October then instant, setting apart settlement land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of June then instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

Revoking the Reservation over a Scenic Reserve in the Westland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the ninth day of that month, the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be a reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 :

And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes, by reason of the destruction of the bush thereon :

Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

RESERVE 1423, Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District: Area, 6 acres 3 roods 28 perches.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53567, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of January, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.
