of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint

ALBERT EDWARD BECKETT,
WILLIAM GOLDSTONE,
ALEXANDER SINCLAIR,
ROBERT STEED, and
VICTOR EMMANUEL WINTER

to be the Frasertown Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Monday, the first day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-two, at half past seven o’clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Frasertown Public Library as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

FRASERTOWN DOMAIN.—HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 152, Frasertown: Area, 31 acres 2 roods 14 perches.

Declaring Portion of the Tangarakau Valley Road, in the
Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 1st day
of May, 1922.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Tangarakau Valley Road, in the
Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commenc-
ing at the junction with the Putikituna Road, at the north-
eastern corner of Section 2, Block III, Mahoe Survey District,
and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction,
adjoining or passing through part of the said Section 2, and
terminating at a point thirty-three chains north of the
southern boundary of the aforesaid Section 2; being a
distance of forty-five chains, more or less. As the said por-
tion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 54140, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Round Hill Road, in the Whangamomona
County, to be a County Road.

IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the portion of road described in the Sche-
dule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council; become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Round Hill Road, in the Taranaki Land
District, Whangamomona County, commencing at its junction
with the Tahunaroa Road at the north-western corner of Sec-
tion 4, Block XI, Mahoe Survey District, and proceeding
thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or passing
through the said Section 4 for a distance of fifty-six chains,
more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54138, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

mencing at its junction with the Ohura Road, and proceeding
thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or
passing through Sections 48, 47, 46, and part Section 44,
Township of Tahora, thence generally in a south-westerly
direction, adjoining or passing through part of the said Sec-
tion 44 and part Section 45, and terminating at a point
opposite the boundary between Sections 42 and 43 in the
said township; being a distance of fourteen chains, more or
less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 54139, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Block XVI, 9, 10 (school-site), and part Section 6 (scenery
reserve), Block XII, Ohura Survey District, and terminating
at a point opposite the boundary between Sections 2 and 8
(forest reserve), Block XII, Ohura Survey District; being
a distance of 1 mile 75 chains, more or less. As the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 54093, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land Dis-
trict, and thereon coloured red.
