SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land : 1 rood 11 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 173 and 33 (Kaiwaka Parish), situated in Block III, Otamatea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21775.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53636, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of April, 1922.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land, closing Roads, and requiring Roads to be kept free from Obstruction, for the Purposes of a Rifle Range in Block IV, Pirongia Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 91, of the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, taking land, closing roads, and requiring roads to be kept free from obstruction, for the purposes of a rifle range in Block IV, Pirongia Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land having been taken for the purposes of a rifle range and not now being required for such purpose.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909 :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

Apportionment of Representation on the Tararua Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 19th day of April, 1922.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine with respect to the Tararua Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 21, of the twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, that the number of representatives of each constituent district on the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
