I, AUGUSTA MANOY, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, now residing in Stratford, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 15th April next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Wellington.

UAWA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
PURSUANT to the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that the Uawa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, and for that purpose the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
The work proposed to be undertaken is the formation, metalling, tar-sealing, and draining of a road in Mangatuna A 2 and Mangatuna A 1b Blocks, Block VII, Uawa Survey District.
The owners of the land are Natives.
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the land to be taken and of the work to be undertaken is deposited in the public office of the Uawa County Council, Cook Street, Tolaga Bay, and is open for inspection by all persons, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
Any person having any objection to the taking of the said land or who will be injuriously affected by the execution of the said work, is required to state the objection in writing and to send the writing to the office of the county on or before the fourth day of May, 1922.
SCHEDULE.
Approximate area of land to be taken is 1 acre 3 roods and 11·7 perches, being portion of Section A 2, Mangatuna Block, Block VII, Uawa Survey District, 1 acre 1 rood 4·7 perches, and portion of Section A 1b Mangatuna Block, Block VII, Uawa Survey District, 2 roods 7 perches. Both coloured brown on Plan No. 978.
