22s to the Topehahae Stream, and up that stream to the northern boundary of Te Tapui A No. 2, and along the eastern boundary of that block to the northernmost corner of Te Konehu Block; thence along the northern boundary of that block, the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of Kiwitahi No. 1r Block, the eastern boundaries of Te Konehu and Tawawhakapuoro Blocks to the southernmost corner of the latter block; thence along the southern boundary of the said Tawawhakapuoro Block, the south-eastern boundaries of Maungakawa B No. 2 and B No. 1 Blocks, the south-western boundary of Maungakawa B No. 1, the western boundary of Maungakawa B No. 2, and the south-western boundary of Whareraurekau B Block to the easternmost corner of Section 14s, Te Miro Settlement; thence along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Sections 14s and 15s, the western and northern boundaries of Section 17s, across a road, and along the western boundary of Section 20s to its north-western corner, the place of commencement.

The Southern Side of Portion of the Main Road in the Waimea County exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of February, 1922.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the twelfth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, viz. :—

“That the Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of that portion of the main road in the Stoke Riding fronting Section 16, Block IV, Waimea Survey District, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the southern side of that portion of the main road between the Bishopdale Railway-crossing and Jenkins Creek ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the portion of main road described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the main road, situated in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, abutting on parts of Section 16, Suburban South, Block IV, Waimea Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

The North-western Side of Portion of Frederick Street, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of February, 1922.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council, viz. :—

“The Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, at a meeting of the Council held on Monday, the 5th December, 1921, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the north-western side of Frederick Street to which Allotments 1 and 6, Block VI, Township of Burnside East, have frontages ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the north-western side of the portion of Frederick Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Frederick Street abutting on Allotments 1 and 6, Block VI, Township of Burnside East. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53443, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Home Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of February, 1922.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :—

“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to all that portion of the western side of Home Street beginning at the southern end and extending for a distance of 99·1 links, being whole frontages of Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 1298, Town Section 301, City of Wellington ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the western side of the portion of Home Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Home Street, abutting on Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 1298, Town Section 301. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52711, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
