Bounded towards the north generally by the Mangaroa River ; towards the east generally by the Mangaroa River ; towards the south generally by the Mangaroa River and Crown land (proposed railway reserve), 180 links ; and towards the north-west by Crown land (proposed railway reserve), 1260 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section 9, Block VII, Ohura Township. Bounded towards the north-west by the Ohura Road, 140 links ; towards the north-east by the Mangaroa River ; towards the south-east by Tui Street, 160 links ; and towards the south-west by Sections 1 to 5, and 8, Block VII, Ohura Township, 894·78 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 1, Block XXII, Ohura Township. Bounded towards the north generally by the Mangaroa River ; towards the east by Ohura Road, 50 links ; towards the south by Tongaporutu Road, 2256·3 links ; and towards the west by Tongaporutu Road, 100 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KATIKATI ROAD BOARD, ex officio ;
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE, KATIKATI NORTH, ex officio ;
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE, KATIKATI SOUTH, ex officio ;
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE KATIKATI LIBRARY TRUSTEES, ex officio ; and
THE PRESIDENT OF THE KATIKATI AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL ASSOCIATION, ex officio,
to be the Uritawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library, Katikati, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

URITAWA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Town of Waterford, Parish of Tahawai, Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 4 perches, more or less, being Sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42, together with the portions of Church Street and Fourth Avenue closed by Proclamation published in Gazette No. 73, of the 23rd August, 1906, page 2224, and bounded as follows : Commencing at the most easterly corner of Section 176, Town of Waterford ; thence in a south-easterly direction by a right line forming the south-western side of Third Avenue, 725 links, to the most northerly corner of Section 37, Town of Waterford ; thence in a south-westerly direction along the north-western boundaries of Sections 37 and 30, Town of Waterford, and along the north-western side of Major Street, 900 links, to its intersection with Stone Street ; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-east side of Store Street to its junction with the closed portion of Church Street, and by that line continued across said street, 725 links ; thence in a north-easterly direction by the north-western side of aforesaid closed portion of Church Street, 900 links, to the place of commencement : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. SNOWDEN’S BUSH DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 13 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 31 and 33, Block IX, Waimea Survey District. Bounded on the north-west by other parts of the said Sections 31 and 33 ; on the north-east by other part of the said Section 31 ; on the south-east by other parts of the said Sections 31 and 33 ; and on the south-west partly by a public road and partly by other parts of the said Section 33 ; being all the land comprised in deed of conveyance dated the 12th April, 1921, and registered under No. 47715, Nelson Registry (subject to right of way reserved by covenant contained in the said deed of conveyance).

Maungakawa Drainage District, County of Piako, constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of February, 1922.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Piako, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a drainage district under the provisions of the said Act :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the purposes of Part I of the said Act, and to be called by the name of the “ Maungakawa Drainage District ” ; and also, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the fourth section of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the Board of Trustees of the said district shall consist of five persons to be elected as members of the said Board, and under and in accordance with the said Act.

MAUNGAKAWA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Section 20s, Te Miro Settlement, and proceeding thence along the northern and eastern boundaries generally of Sections 20s, 21s, and
