A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taranaki as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 16·3 perches.

Portion of Section 2, Hua and Waiwakaiho District, Block X, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 5674.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Swamp Drainage Act, 1915, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the more effective carrying-out of the drainage or other works in the Kaitaia Land Drainage District or for the better disposal of land set apart therein, and shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 10 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 6 of Woodville O.L.C. 214.

Situated in Blocks I and V, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21567.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53236, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
