A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Town of Menzies Ferry described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 18 perches.
Portion of Sections 5, 6, and 7, Block II, Town of Menzies Ferry (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R. 490.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53461, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of January, 1922.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street and plantation, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Cambridge as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.
