Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks IV
and VI, Clutha, and I and III, South Molyneux Survey
Districts, Clutha County.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Clutha and South Molyneux Survey Districts described in
the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 23rd day of December, 1921.

of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Onewhero Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 roods 27·5 perches.

Portion of Lot 6 of Allotment 70D on D.P. 12858; coloured
red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood
4·3 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 6 of Allotment 70D on
D.P. 12858 and Allotment 70B; coloured green.

All situated in Parish of Onewhero, Block VI, Onewhero
Survey District. (S.O. 21794.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53344,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
8 acres 0 roods 18 perches.

thereon coloured as above mentioned.
