Street beginning at the intersection of Owen Street and
extending for a distance of 101.51 links, being frontage
of Lots 1 and 2, Town Section 851, D.P. 776, City of
Wellington ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the portion
of Constable Street described in the Schedule hereto within a
distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land
District, City of Wellington, known as Constable Street,
abutting on Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 776. As the said portion of
street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 51592, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured red.

Bath Street, Plimmerton, in the Hutt County, exempted from the
Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act. 1908.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Hutt County Council on the thirteenth day of
September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz.:—
“The Hutt County Council, having control of that street
known as Bath Street, in the Township of Plimmerton,
hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to the said street,”
such road being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Hutt County,
known as Bath Street, Plimmerton, situated between Steyne
Avenue and the Foreshore. As the said road is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53561,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured yellow.

The Southern Side of Portion of Orchard Street, in the City of
Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of
the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Wellington City Council on the nineteenth day
of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one,
viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington,
hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to all that portion of the southern side of Orchard
Street beginning at its intersection with the Main Wades-
town Road and extending for a distance of 431.78 links,
being frontage of Sections 76 and 77 and 78 of Section 1
of the Harbour Registration District, Wadestown, as shown
on Provisional Plan No. 3000 deposited at the office of the
District Land Registrar”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the portion
of Orchard Street described in the Schedule hereto within a
distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.

District, City of Wellington, known as Orchard Street, abutting
on Sections 76, 77, and 78 of Section 1, Harbour Registration
District. As the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52094, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve the following
resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the
fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
one, viz.:-
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington,
hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to the southern side of Busaco Road in the said
city”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the southern side of Busaco
Road described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land
District, City of Wellington, known as Busaco Road, abutting
on part Lot 18, D.P. 65. As the said portion of street is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
53316, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the
twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-one, viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington,
hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to that portion of the north-eastern side of Wade
Street beginning at its junction with Weld Street and
extending for a distance of 150 links, being whole frontages
of Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 103, Wadestown, part Section 1,
Harbour Registration District, in the said city”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the north-eastern side of the
portion of Wade Street described in the Schedule hereto
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of street.
