The Northern Side of Portion of Constable Street, in the City
of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117
of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the
twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-one, viz. :-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington,
hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to all that portion of the northern side of Constable
Street beginning at its junction with Coromandel Street
and extending for a distance of 140-36 links, being whole
frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 654, part of closed road, part Town
Section 867, City of Wellington";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the northern side of the por-
tion of Constable Street described in the Schedule hereto
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land
District, known as Constable Street, commencing at the
intersection with Coromandel Street and proceeding thence
in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately
140-36 links. As the said portion of street is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52970,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Islington Street, in the Borough
of Petone, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of
the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of
January, 1922.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Petone Borough Council on the fourteenth day
of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one,
viz. :-
"The Petone Borough Council, having control of all that
portion of Islington Street within the Borough of Petone
extending from the north-western corner of the said Isling-
ton Street and Udy Street to the south-eastern corner of
Lot 27 on deposited plan No. 2340, by resolution declares
that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen
of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to such
portion of the said street on the western side thereof";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the western side of the portion
of Islington Street described in the Schedule hereto within a
distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
All that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land
District, Borough of Petone, known as Islington Street,
situated between Udy Street and the south-eastern corner
of Lot 27 on D.P. 2340. As the said portion of street is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53421,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Portion of Maryhill Terrace, in the City of Dunedin, exempted
from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act,
1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of
January, 1922.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-third day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, viz. :-
"That the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves
that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen
of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that
portion of the street in the City of Dunedin known as
Maryhill Terrace where the same abuts on Sections 63, 64,
65, and 66, Glen Estate, as more particularly shown by red
colour on the plan annexed hereto";
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
All that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District,
City of Dunedin, known as Maryhill Terrace, commencing at
its junction with Glen Avenue, and proceeding thence in a
westerly direction to a point opposite the south-western
corner of Section 66, Glen Estate. As the said portion of
street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 49035, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Wellsford Agricultural and Pastoral
Society (Incorporated).

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of
January, 1922.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart for an agricultural and
pastoral show-ground and a public recreation-ground: And
whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient
that the said land should be vested in the Wellsford
Agricultural and Pastoral Society (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by sections four and twenty-six of the
Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the
Wellsford Agricultural and Pastoral Society (Incorporated),
in trust, for an agricultural and pastoral show-ground and a
public recreation-ground.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 38, Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District: Area,
22 acres 1 rood 13 perches.
