SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land
District, City of Wellington, known as Mowbray Street,
commencing at its junction with Bolton Street, and extending
in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately
130·57 links. As the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50410, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Wairakei Street, in the
City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117
of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1921.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Auckland City Council on the eleventh day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :-
"That the Auckland City Council, having control of
Wairakei Street, Remuera, Auckland, by resolution declares
that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen
of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the
portion of Wairakei Street fronting Lot 12 of subdivision
of Lot 31, and part Lots 26, 27, 29, and 30 of Allotment 6.
Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the south-eastern side of the
portion of Wairakei Street described in the Schedule hereto
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland
Land District, City of Auckland, known as Wairakei Street,
abutting on Lot 12 of a subdivision of Lot 30 of Allotment 6,
Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of
street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 52569, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured blue.

Portion of Garrett Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted
from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act,
1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Wellington City Council on the ninth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, viz. :-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington,
hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to that portion of Garrett Street beginning at a point
316 feet from the western side of Cuba Street and extending
for a distance of 60 feet " ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on either side of the portion of
Garrett Street described in the Schedule hereto within a dis-
tance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Garrett Street, situated in the Wellington
Land District, City of Wellington, abutting on part Section 148,
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 50872, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red.

of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117
of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not
apply to all that portion of the north-western side of Tory
Street beginning at its junction with Frankville Terrace
and extending for a distance of 60·99 links, being frontage
of part Town Section 234 as shown on plan A/1555, City
of Wellington " ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the north-western side of the
portion of Tory Street described in the Schedule hereto
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land
District, City of Wellington, known as Tory Street, abutting
on part Section 234. As the said portion of street is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 53063,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117
of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.
