than three weeks after the day of the last publication of the
notice of intention to raise the loan:
And whereas the poll of ratepayers was taken more than
three weeks after the last publication of the notice to raise
the loan, inasmuch as the last publication of the said notice
appeared in the Wairarapa Age dated the thirty-first day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and the
poll of ratepayers was held on the twenty-seventh day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one;
And whereas it appears that the ratepayers have not been
misled by the said irregularity, and it is expedient to validate
the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section
one hundred and eleven of the Local Bodies' Loans Act,
1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the proceedings taken to raise the said loan
shall be valid to all intents and purposes as though the poll
of ratepayers had been taken in the proper manner, and that
the validity of the proceedings in connection with the said
loan shall not be called into question by reason only of the
irregularity or defect aforesaid.

has been permanently reserved for plantation purposes : And whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve
in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Mackenzie:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that
from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mackenzie, in
trust, for plantation purposes.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by section four of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from
and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Selwyn, in

advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that
from and after the day of the date hereof the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman,

the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by section two of the Public Reserves and Domains
Amendment Act, 1914, doth hereby vest the control of the
said reserve in the Featherston County Council.
