Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of October, 1921.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Kororareka Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

SNOWDEN’S BUSH DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 13 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less; being parts of Sections 31 and 33, Block IX, Waimea Survey District. Bounded on the north-west by other parts of the said Sections 31 and 33; on the north-east by other part of the said Section 31; on the south-east by other parts of the said Sections 31 and 33; and on the south-west partly by a public road and partly by other parts of the said Section 33; being all the land comprised in deed of conveyance dated the 12th April, 1921, and registered under No. 47715, Nelson Registry (subject to right of way reserved by covenant contained in the said deed of conveyance).
