Stopping a Government Road in Block X, Maruwenua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 2 roods. Adjoining or passing through Sections 49 and 54, situated in Block X, Maruwenua Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52619, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of October, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

SCHEDULE.

OHINEMURI Block, Block XVI, Section 1A (Ngatikoi Reserve), Ohinemuri Survey District: Approximate area, 79 acres 1 rood.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 5th day of October, 1921.
