Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the
Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart
and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to
discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner
provided in the said Act.

mental Farm in Block II, Horohoro Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Mamaku
Experimental Farm in Block II, Horohoro Survey District ;
and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being the
western portion of Section 1, Block II, Horohoro Survey
District; containing by admeasurement 212 acres, more or
less. Bounded towards the north by Section 14, Block XIII,
Rotorua Survey District, and the western portion of Sec-
tion 7, Block XIV, Rotorua Survey District, 3213·6 links ;
towards the east by the eastern portion of Section 1, Block II,
Horohoro Survey District, 7391·4 links ; towards the south
generally by lines along the Mangakoraha Stream, 308·2,
224·9, 241·2, 352·6, 291·7, 556, 170·2, 407·4, 346·4, 385·7,
255·7, and 391·4 links ; and towards the west by Section 1,
Block I, Horohoro Survey District, 6146·2 links. As the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
48593, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red. [S.O. 13050.]

General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 7th day of October, 1921.

of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Tahoraite Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road de-
scribed in the Second Schedule hereto.
