At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of
September, 1921.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Auckland City Council on the fourteenth day
of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, viz. :-
"That the Auckland City Council, having control of Vine
Street, Ponsonby, Auckland, by resolution declares that the
provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public
Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the
said street fronting a proposed subdivision of Lot 65 of
part Allotments 12 and 13 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the southern side of the
portion of Vine Street described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland
Land District, City of Auckland, known as Vine Street, Pon-
by, abutting on Lot 65 of part Allotments 12 and 13 of Section
8, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said portion of street is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
52253, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Dartmoor Road, in the Hawke's Bay
County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of
September, 1921.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, in the Hawke's Bay Land District,
Hawke's Bay County, known as the Dartmoor Road, commencing at its junction with the present main Napier to
Patea Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northwesterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections
part 30, 73, and part 37, Block I, Heretaunga Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Mangaone
Stream in the said Section 37; being a distance of 1 mile
52 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 52777,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red and marked B-A.

The Western Side of Portion of Pratt Street, in the City of
Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of
the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of
September, 1921.

"That the Auckland City Council, having control of
Pratt Street within the City of Auckland, declares by resolution that the provisions of section one hundred and
seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply
to that portion of Pratt Street fronting Lots 3 and 4 and
part Lots 1 and 2 of subdivision of Allotment 6 of Section 48,
City of Auckland";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the western side of the portion
of Pratt Street described in the Schedule hereto within a
distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland
Land District, City of Auckland, known as Pratt Street
abutting on Lots 3 and 4 and part Lots 1 and 2 of subdivision
Domain Board appointed to have Control of the One Tree Hill
Domain.

STEPHEN GILBERT,
JOHN ROWE, and
MONTAGUE HARRISON WYNYARD,
as from the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-one, to be the One Tree Hill Domain Board,
having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto :
and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifth day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at
three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Dilworth Trust
Board Room, Fort Street, Auckland, as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.
